c1890 Hand painted Franz Xaver Thallmaier, Munich Germany for C.M. Hutschenreuther, Bavaria (1857-1899) cabinet plate 9.5" wide, selling the plate shown with no cracks, chips, or restorations, no significant wear. 100% hand painted, buying the exact plate shown with other important ladies offered separately. Thallmaier produced hand painted porcelain plaques and plates, there was a series of these plates and I have 5 available all different, I've seen these sell for as much as $1500 each. Any white spots in the pics are reflections.

Franz Xaver Thallmaier German, (active 1890-1910) Franz Xaver Thallmaier established in Munich in 1890 one of the most prominent and successful porcelain painting studios in Germany. He employed a number of talented porcelain painters specialising in portraits and genre scenes after artists such as Joseph Stieler, Wilhelm Kray, Defregger and Thumann.
