c1870 Masons Flying Bird Chinoisiere Hand Painted Polychromed Transferware Soap Dish and Toothbrush Holder. These pieces are part of the nicest, cleanest wash
set I've ever came across. It's been in a 3 million dollar Doctor's home for the
past 40 years and looks as if it never saw any use the 110+ years before that.
The only reason I'm splitting it up is it's so big it's difficult to accurately
present as a set. Toothbrush is 5.5" tall x 2 7/8" wide at rim, soap dish is 8"
wide x 3" tall. No cracks, chips, restorations, or stains, no significant loss,
overall expected crazing you'll find on 150+ year old earthenware. Selling both
pieces shown, well all three really.
