Native American artist Leonard Shupla Jr. was a silversmith from Hopi Pueblo. His Southwest Indian Jewelry is collectible, and he often worked in Sterling Silver in a technique known as Hopi Silver Overlay. He signed with a hallmark of a cornstalk under a sun. We do not know his birth year, but he passed away in 1994.
