The buttons are likely solid 18k gold as it came from an 18k watch with a damaged case. Including everything shown including the frame that goes inside the watch and the back that covers the works under the gold back. The crown was carefully removed to remove the watch. Nothing was damaged. This is ready to go in a watch.
