All items will likely have some age appropriate/expected wear, the older they are the more wear they should have. Circa third quarter of the 20th century.. Fits a 1" belt. This was likely an ornament, concho, or similar circa mid 20th century or older later made into a belt buckle.. Numbers engraved on back likely previous owners phone number or id number.
