At one point I had a "review app", it was slowing my website down and costing me about $60/month, and I believe annoying my customers by emailing them asking them for reviews.  Maybe I'll have one again later, it's tough to know what to do.   I just have to keep things running efficiently and have an unbelievable amount of overhead.   I have a few google reviews and thousands on Ebay/Etsy.   Most of my website business is repeat business from customers I've been dealing with for years since before I had the website.  Regardless I have a big enough "online presence" that I feel it would take a really paranoid type to not feel comfortable doing business with me.   If you are considering a large order and need some confirmation or reassurance, please reach out and tell me what I can do.  I do a large amount of business with higher end galleries/boutiques, if you have one and would like to start a business relationship please reach out and I will try to do what it takes to get it started as I am much more interested in forming long term relationships with customers and can put the time and energy required into that more than I can into a situation where someone just wants one of my items but expects a deal on it and I'll never see them again.
