Kenneth Begay was a noted Navajo jeweler who worked at the White Hogan Gallery at Scottsdale. He brought in his brother, Johnny Mike, to work with him. Kenneth is credited with inventing rail bracelets of all types, but it was Johnny Mike who expanded this style. Johnny Mike passed away in 1976, since then others have copied his style
