No damage.<br><br>Biography  <br>Thomas Holland<br><br><br>Best remembered as a sculptor and avid polo player, Thomas Holland was born in<br>Alameda, California and studied at the California College of Arts and Crafts,*<br>UC Berkley and the University of Mexico. <br><br>An interesting and charismatic character, Holland also dabbled with ballet,<br>sailing, boxing, and fencing. Holland created bronze pieces with an equestrian<br>theme, using his interest in polo as a means of injecting energy and motion into<br>his pieces. Holland created a monument to the Pony Express located at the<br>western end of the famous route in Sacramento, California
