Late 19th century Staffordshire English. Very small glaze flake shown in next to last pic. Some Polychrome decoration worn, please look at pics. I haven't owned it the past 130+ years so I'm not sure how it started off. Minor utensil marks, still has a really nice shine to the glaze. No cracks, no other chips, no restorations.
