Annette Davis was a gifted artist. She turned the garage of her home into a studio, and taught art classes there. She created remarkable sculptures out of clay, marble, sterling and bronze. Later in her career she took up welding, painting, and glass slumping. Several years after her husband Bill died, she married George Davis III. He was also a gifted artist who taught figurative sculpture at "The Studio" in northeast Dallas.
