Austin, Texas artist Noeline was known for her kindred spirit and optimism. She
was a well known artist and owner of Brushstrokes Art in Marble Falls, Texas.
For many years, she worked as assistant to artist Doug Walton and spent much of
her time painting at her second home in San Miguel de Allende.
