The last picture is the base which you can see from the next to the last pic is hammered on. So I guess this is one hookah base hammered onto another layer of brass to ensure being waterproof. Guaranteed early, maybe 18th century. Guaranteed 100+ yrs old maybe 300, you be the judge.

10" tall x 5.5" wide x the inside of the lip is 1.25" wide.
