1.75" vintage Navajo sterling silver rattlesnake belt buckle with turquoise. Solid sterling silver (tested) with weight and measurements in pictures.. Buckle fits a 1.75" belt. Circa third quarter of the 20th century. Age appropriate wear. The buckle is sterling with later added base metal back plate to make it a functional buckle. My guess is it was a concho or a buckle that got damaged and was no longer functional. The back plate is soldered on.
