The rest is solid sterling silver with weight and measurements in pics. Fully functional with some expected wear as it‘s a vintage item. Engraved as shown since it‘s solid 10k gold it could easily be removed. Any honest jeweler would do it for very little as they can recover the gold that they buff off.
