On one side is a portrait of the bust of Lindbergh facing right..Front of coin also says LINDBERGH and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. In the middle of the coin it says MEDAL OF THE CONGRESS; ACT MAY 4, 1928. Signed below the bust LAVRA GARDIN FRASER, SCVLPTOR. The back of the coin portrays an eagle flying.
