Born in 1969, Gilbert "Dino" Garcia learned to carve tufa molds and cast Sterling silver jewelry from his grandfather Leo Coriz (who learned the art from the legendary Charles Loloma). After spending his teen years in an Indian boarding school in Oklahoma, Dino moved to California and worked in the greater Los Angeles area for defense contractors for a few years. Returning to Santo Domingo Pueblo around 2000, he began working as a full-time silver smith. Dino is one of the few silversmiths working at Santo Domingo Pueblo

All precious metals are tested and guaranteed, any Native American jewelry referred to as Silver or Sterling is guaranteed to be a minimum of 90% (coin)<br>silver and possibly higher content. Anything marked is guaranteed to be what it's marked, most bracelets are photographed on a 6" wrist (non hairy), rings<br>photographed on the appropriate sized finger when possible. With bracelets if<br>the measurement is not given in the description then inside circumference is<br>shown where the metal meets the number on the the cloth tape measure.
