c1900 Hand Painted Porcelain Plaque Depicting St. Cecilia patron saint of music
at an organ. 13.5" x 11.5" framed, 8" x 10" framed. Signed at bottom right and dated 190? 100% hand painted pre 1910 porcelain plaque in a High quality period walnut frame. I didn't have time to remove it from the frame as I have a lot of items to process, no damage. I did shake it around in the frame without removing it and it's signed Blanche S Mitchell Christmas 1906 who was a Kansas city Kansas Artist around 1900. Obviously a very skilled artist, she was a professional artist but my guess is this work was created for a loved one. It's extremely high quality. tw204
