This is an amazing antique Victorian blister shell snuff box or trinket purse or container. This little gem has the most beautiful mottled brown shell with a mother of pearl MOP that radiates out from the blister. This luminescent glow is hard to capture in a photo but please see the photos. This unique shell looks like a turtle or tortoise shell which makes it even more interesting and stunning! . Great box over 100 years old. 2.25" wide and deep with no damage, strong hinge and snaps shut securely with an audible snap. TW249
