Selling both mid to late 19th century. I've seen these called civil war<br>Inkwells, heard they've been dug at battle fields. I don't know about all that,<br>but they are 19th century for sure. One is Russian, the other unmarked. Both<br>sprigs, clasps, and hinges work well. One is missing the piece that covers the<br>spring to seal the jar. Many things would work for that if it matters. No other<br>issues other than appropriate wear. They're both 1 9/16" tall.

Antique Traveling Optometrists kit. Very complete set from the last half of the<br>19th century, likely used up until the early 20th century. One wood box full of<br>lenses, then larger leather covered box with trial lenses and the glasses that<br>would fit the interchangeable lenses for the actual eye exam. The case also has<br>a removable tray for and a pouch up top for the eye charts shown. Antique Viennese Bronze Conquistador on a Horse High Detail Miniature. Very nice 19th century bronze with incredible detail. The only identifying mark I could find on the base is a Stamped F, I'm not sure if Bergman marked any pieces like that. The quality is comparable to Bergman IMO. 8" tall to top of staff x 5" wide. Antique Viking Ship Scandinavian Sterling Silver and Bronze Enamel Belt Buckle.<br>Very old antique piece most likely one of a kind. My guess is it's late 19th to<br>early 20th century but it might be older. The back is silver (tested. The front<br>is bronze with enamel. I didn't research the hallmark. Earrings and pendant 1 1/8" x 5/16", necklace 19" long, 25.5 grams total weight. Alon Diller Israel 1970 The bench jeweler, the owner of AR joyeros and the artist behind the designs. He travelled in Africa, South and Central America for 3 years, and arrived in 1996 to Taxco, Mexico to study jewelry making and art in the national university of Mexico. Archaistic Carved Schist Stone Buddha head offering box/censer. Very heavy well<br>carved Schist Stone Buddha head box from a collection of mostly Chinese antiques<br>assembled in the third quarter of the 20th century while working/traveling<br>through Asia. I'm not sure how old it is but I'm sure it's great regardless of<br>age and you're not likely to find another. No significant damage, possible small<br>chips. 10.5" tall with stand x 7" wide.

Archaistic Chinese Bronze Lotus Base and Oil lamp. Both solid bronze from the<br>same estate and a perfect fit, a chance they were married at one point as the<br>Lotus base has very old solder/weld residue on top, and there is none on the<br>base of the oil lamp. Possibly it was the base for a Buddha or Guanyin. Base<br>measures 5" tall x 4" at base x 1 7/8" inside the lotus petals on top. Oil lamp<br>is 1.75" wide base x 3 7/8" wide top x 3 1/8" tall. Archaistic Chinese Style Japanese Silver Tetsubin. Extremely high quality pot<br>likely from the first quarter of the 20th century. I believe it's Japanese in an<br>Archaistic Chinese style. Copper enamel lid with Jade finial. Tiny nick on the<br>tip of the Jade finial, lid is original as it fits like a glove. Not too tight,<br>not too loss, just perfect. I believe it would hold an airtight seal. 6.75" with<br>spout x 5.5" x 4.5" tall not counting the handle. 493 grams, tested and<br>guaranteed solid high content silver.<br><br>tw163

Armorial Silver Mitchell Crest Deo Favente Silverplate Wall Sconces made from antique Dome.  These measure 14 3/8" wide at rim x 9" tall x 6" deep each.  They were made from a 150-200 year old meat dome by someone other than me quite awhile back, even the back is Silverplate copper.  I don't believe they'll hold water. The one with the crest has the hallmark.

On the death of Paul Storr in 1838, his business (Storr & Mortimer) was<br>continued by his nephew John Samuel Hunt under the name of Mortimer & Hunt. In<br>1843 the company became Hunt & Roskell until 1897. <br>Paul Storr entered into business with Rundell, Bridge & Rundell in 1807 who were<br>the Royal Goldsmiths at the time. John Hunt followed in Storr's footsteps and<br>the company Hunt & Roskell was listed in 1843 as Silversmith and Jewellers to<br>Queen Victoria. Due to the Queen's extended European family, they became the<br>most important suppliers to the affluent society around the world. <br><br>804 Grams Mortimer and Hunt Sterling Silver Teapot with acorn Finial. Hallmarks<br>on base and inside lid. No real issues to speak of. A few miniature dings. Hinge<br>is tight, lid fits well. Measures 11" handle to spout x 6" tall. There is a<br>faint Armorial banner of some sort on the front which includes a crescent moon.<br>I tried to photograph.<br><br>This comfortably holds 1.5 liters or quarts and there are no holes, holds water.<br>I fit 1.75ml in it but it was filled to the brim.

Selling the exact<br>necklace shown designed by Arno Malinowski for Georg Jensen in the 1960's.<br>Handmade and designed in the mid 1960's, an authentic period Mid Century modern<br>piece of the highest quality in both design and .<br><br>Silversmith. Arno Malinowski trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in<br>Copenhagen from 1922 to 1935 and designed a series of statuettes depicting<br>figures from mythology from 1921 to 1935 for the Royal Danish Porcelain<br>Manufactory. He worked for Georg Jensen from 1936 to 1944 and again from 1949 to<br>1965 creating designs for jewelry and hollowware . His 1937 jewelry designs of a<br>kneeling deer, a dolphin in the rushes and butterflies on a flower continued in<br>production for many years. In 1940 he designed the ‘Kingmark’ to commemorate the<br>seventieth birthday of King Christian. It was produced in great numbers and worn<br>by Danes to show their loyalty to Denmark and their resistance to the German<br>occupation. Malinowski had also studied the Japanese technique of inlaying iron<br>with gold or silver in the style of tsuba sword guards. During the war years<br>when the supply of silver was limited This enabled him to design pieces of<br>jewelry in iron rather than in silver. Also worked as a sculptor, ceramist,<br>engraver and medalist.<br><br>Georg Jensen, (born August 31, 1866, Raadvad, Denmark—died October 2, 1935,<br>Copenhagen), Danish silversmith and designer who achieved international<br>prominence for his commercial application of modern metal design. The simple<br>elegance of his works and their emphasis on fine craftsmanship, hallmarks of<br>Jensen’s products, are recognized around the world.<br><br>Jensen was apprenticed to a goldsmith at age 14. His artistic talents were<br>briefly focused on sculpture, but he returned to metalwork, primarily jewelry<br>and silver pieces, produced in the workshop he opened in Copenhagen in 1904.<br>Jensen exhibited his works at several major foreign exhibitions (winning a gold<br>medal at the Brussels Exhibition of 1910) and quickly built a reputation as an<br>outstanding and highly original silversmith. He moved to a larger workshop in<br>1912 and acquired his first factory building in 1919.<br><br>Jensen’s silverware achieved immediate popularity and commercial success. He<br>was, in fact, the first silver maker to realize a profit from the manufacture of<br>modern silver. Until Jensen’s time virtually all successful silverware producers<br>had relied on a standard repertory of popular traditional designs. Jensen,<br>however, found that the market for his sleek, simple pieces was larger than<br>anyone had predicted. His firm grew rapidly, expanding throughout Europe and<br>opening branches in London and New York City. On both continents Jensen’s work<br>set trends for contemporary tableware. He was among the first designers to<br>fashion steel—formerly considered fit only for low-quality, inexpensive<br>flatware—into handsome, serviceable cutlery.

Art Deco 1930's Cobalt Blue Cocktail/Juice Pitcher and Tumbler set. Pitcher is 9" tall x 6" handle to spout, smaller juice/liquor tumblers are 3" tall and there's eight of them, the larger water/whisky glasses are 4" tall and there's 5 of them. No cracks, chips, restorations, dings, or scratches. An exceptionally large and clean set that is 70-85 years old. I'm 100% sure this is mid century or earlier American made high quality glass. The pitcher is an uncommon shape as are the Juice glasses. I've seen the tumblers attributed to various companies but without seeing a catalog page or original labels, I'm not going to make a fool of myself, besides an attribution will not improve the excellent quality.

Art Deco George Erickson Sterling Cocktail Pitcher spoon. 12.5" long with 1 5/8" wide bowl. Super clean it's seen little to no use, no damage. Hammered pattern on back of spoon, extremely high quality handmade piece. 86 grams. I can find no other examples of this pattern This is a handmade piece and all Erickson's other flatware is plain, looking at it closely I believe this exterior pattern is all hand stamped or engraved as it has that natural flow with very slight irregularities. tw255
